Returns and Cancellations
Cancellations and returns after an order has been placed are not accepted. Only in the case of an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. In the event of a return, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
